Michael Jackson’s ‘Smooth Criminal’ is one of my favourite songs AND the video for it is in my Top Ten Greatest Music Videos of ALL TIME list (the one I have in my head). Like ‘Remember The Time’, I can’t name a recently-released (ie in the last 5+ years) video that can compete with this.

Michael Jackson’s music video/short film for ‘Remember The Time’ changed the music video production game when it debuted back in 1992. I remember being glued to the television, and utterly transfixed at the King’s dancing (as always) and the special effects. I’d NEVER seen anything like that before! Come to think of it, in terms of the storyline, decor, costumes, celebrity cameos AND choreography, I can’t quite name a current video that can hold a candle to it.
